After 35 years of service, in the spring of 2018, the life of the Maranatha Community was “laid down” in response to the Lord’s prompting. Our members are still in touch with one another and some local gatherings are still taking place, but we have not organised any public gatherings, weekends or retreats for this year (2019).
We believe that the Lord has something new for the Maranatha Community, but we are not presuming what this may be. We are fully convinced that the old life must be allowed to die and we have, therefore, adopted a period of waiting and watching for the new thing.
